Ralph Lauren Classic Car Collection Exhibition in Europe


Ralph Lauren, the living legend of American design, has transported his collection of extraordinary cars to be exhibited in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris from 28 April to 28 August 2011. This is the first time Europe has been chosen as a venue for the exhibit, aptly titled, "The Art of the Automobile: Masterpieces from the Ralph Lauren Collection".

Seventeen outstanding sports cars from the 1930s to the present day, which outlines the main phases of European automobile history, personally chosen by the curator (Rodolphe Rapetti) is now on display at the museum.

The impressive collection includes a 1938 Bugatti, a 1958 Ferrari Testa Rossa and a 2010 Lamborghini Murcielago with other collections created by the industry's biggest names: Bugatti, Alfa Romeo, Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Porsche and of course, Ferrari.
